REIS Year 10 & 11 Phase Transfer Event

This virtual event is designed for young people with Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans, along with their parents and carers, to support the important transition into post-16 education and training.

During the session, we will cover:

• Post-16 options and events available to young people

• Guidance on applying for courses and making informed choices

• Information on updating EHC plans to reflect future needs

• An overview of services and support that can help during this transition

The event will also include a Q&A session, giving families the opportunity to ask questions and receive advice directly from our team.
