About this event

In order to be successful at school all children and young people need to develop relationships that enable them to feel safe, secure and good about who they are. For many children – particularly those with social and emotional mental health needs, anxiety or a traumatic past that has prevented them from forming secure attachments – the development of these relationships will need to be explicit, meaningful and clear to see; they need to feel part of a school that places relationships at the heart of what they are doing. This short webinar aims to provide practitioners with an understanding of the key elements of Relational Practice, how it differs from traditional behaviour-based approaches and how it can support all learners to be successful.
