What's included in the ticket cost?

A standard ticket (not virtual) gives you access to all the workshops throughout the conference, as well as unlimited tea, coffee, water and a buffet lunch.

How do I book overnight accommodation?

You will be able to book accommodation at Ashridge House for the evening before and the evening of the conference. We have a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate which you can book by pasting the following link into your browser: https://efcs.my.site.com/Booking/s/?eventId=a9yQ20000001scf

How do I get to Ashridge from Berkhamsted train station?

A1 Taxis is a reputable firm, running from Berkhamsted station. A typical fare between the station and Ashridge is £15.00. You can book in advance by calling 01442 875100

The dates I select for accommodation are not available, what does this mean?

Ashridge House operates on a first come, first served policy. If the dates are not available through the link, it means Ashridge House is fully booked. We can recommend other accommodation options in Berkhamsted.

I'm attending from Overseas and require a Visa. Can you help?

We can provide Visa letters to support your Visa application. Please email rcc@ashridge.hult.edu for more details. If you know you will require a Visa, please get in touch as early as possible.

I'm driving. Where can I park?

There is plenty of parking at Ashridge House, all available at no charge. You may park in the visitors car park or use Limewalk car park if that is full. Cars are parked at your own risk.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We are unable to process refunds for cancellations made within 0 to 30 days prior to the conference.

Will there be a virtual option?

We will live stream the two keynote sessions, plus one morning and one afternoon workshop. Tickets will be available for the virtual option nearer the time.
