Event description
Opportunity to experience Relational Mindfulness practice with Emma Donaldson-Feilder

About this Event

Relational Mindfulness brings mindful awareness directly into interpersonal situations and relationships. Practising Relational Mindfulness helps establish compassionate, present-moment awareness and insight whilst speaking and listening. For more information about Relational Mindfulness, please see the articles available for download here: https://affinitycands.com.

This experiential introduction offers an opportunity to explore what Relational Mindfulness is and to experience how the practice could benefit your professional (and other) relationships. It will be aimed at coaches and those who use coaching as part of their role. The session will include a short individual mindfulness practice and an introductory relational mindfulness practice (in pairs or triads).

To register to attend, please click the green 'Register' button above. The 24 places at this session will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. There will be a waiting list once all the places are allocated and, if there is sufficient interest, another introductory session will be set up.
