Yes, a yoga mat or 2 blankets; a light blanket, cushion for under your head, water, eye mask if you prefer.

Is there disabled access?

Yes there is disabled access, a disabled toilet, chairs for those who prefer to sit rather than lie down

Are there any contraindications?

Sound healing is still a low risk modality however if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have sound sensitive or unmanaged epilepsy, severe depression or anxiety, PTSD, serious heart condition, recent surgery or metal plates or pins in your body, please contact your GP and the organiser.
