Description

Unwind into the weekend with a Yin session with Anna. This two hour workshop will include some gentle movement and longer held Yin yoga poses. We will explore opening the body and releasing tension in a mindful, gentle way. The workshop will end with a short seated meditation and a long Savasana, to let go and restore the body and mind.

Suitable for beginners, those wishing to balance a stronger physical practice (yoga or running etc.,) and for those looking to unwind after a long week.

Anna has been practising yoga for over twelve years, teaching for six. Her classes are enjoyable and include creative sequences taught with safe detailed alignment. Anna is a strong believer that yoga instills a joyful sense of well-being into body and mind.

Anna has completed advanced training in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. She continues to study with several Teachers, including Richard Freeman, Shiva Rea and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. Anna also teaches prenatal and postnatal yoga and holds a certificate in Yoga Philosophy from the Centre for Hindu Studies, University of Oxford. In 2016, she became a Lecturer at Yoga London, training Yoga Teachers on their 200hr qualification.
