About this event
Kathleen Hill is an Osteopath with a specialism in stress and anxiety. She gives talks and runs events for osteopaths around the world discussing the effect of stress and anxiety on the physiology of the body and how that shows up in our body. She is a proud ambassador for Osteo Allies and delivers regular talks on well-being for practitioners in health care.
As well as that Kathleen (Kat) is an advanced yoga teacher (500YTT)trained in vinyasa and yin yoga, she also practises as an NLP practitioner and life coach.
She truly believes that health involves MIND, BODY and SOUL-
And that's why she has created this retreat, which has been 3 years in the making!
This retreat is for people that need a break from the stress of real life, who perhaps feel tired and burnt out. This retreat will provide a space of rest, relaxation and peace (along with some autumn sunshine)- it will also equip you with the tools you need to help manage your day to day stress, that you can take back with you to the 'real world'
The yoga is suitable for ALL ABILITIES from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Our yoga lead Sofia from @yosoytu will be instructing some fun classes and leading you through some creative flows alongside Kat. There is something for everyone- the evening yoga classes are designed to help you wind down and get a deep nights sleep, whilst the morning flows will help you prepare for your day ahead.

4 days and 3 nights accommodation at Casa Libelula Retreat
