Mind - In thinking and being intentional about what you are doing, how and why, and how this can be beneficial to your wellbeing.
Body - Doing Pilates based exercise to strengthen muscle, mobilise joints, strengthen your core, improve flexibility and breathing.
Spirit - Being mindful of the world around us and others is integral to our total wellbeing.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga/pilates mat with you if you have one and a small towel."
Lorna Malcolm is a fitness instructor of over 30 years standing who has taught across the globe and trains those that wish to become Pilates instructors. A solicitor for 9 years, Lorna retrained as a physiotherapist in 2008, has an MSc in Rehabilitation and is the author of 4 health and fitness books.
