About this event
Relax, Energise and Improve Flexibility
This course is designed to help you relax your body and mind and to increase your overall energy reserves by working with yoga postures that help to unblock nadial channels within your body. Regardless of what stage of your life you in and the challenges that you may be facing, Yin Yoga Flow Course offers you a peaceful sanctuary to anchor the inner calmness and to maintain a healthy, flexible and toned body.
What will we focus on?
During the 6-weeks, we will focus on postures that improve general flexibility, overall physical tone and joint mobility, as well as pranayama breathing as a way to regulate you mental and emotional states. We will also cover various Yoga Flow movements, poses and sequences that will help you to release tension, improve circulation, enhance de-toxification, improve sleep and promote overall physical and emotional well-being.
Who is it suitable for?
Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, this course is suitable for all levels - it focuses on the Inner You. Gentle stretches combined with breathing and meditative relaxation are benefitial for all ages and abilities. Come and unwind as we flow through the calming and mindful practice of Yin Yoga Flow and calm breathing.
Why Book a Course?
Each Course has a unique focus and the yoga sequencies. In the course of 6 weeks there is a gradual progression and opening of the body and breath to yoga postures and breathing practices that are aligned with the specific theme.
Drop Ins & Pay As You Go
You are welcome to drop in on a pay as you go basis if this better suit your time schedule and life circumstances. Each time you join the Yoga class and practise with awareness you may notice a wealth of benefits for your body and mind. Please let us know beforehand that you wish to attend and we will email you the booking details. Alternatively, you can fill in the Health Form and email it back to us.
6-Week Courses Dates
Courses run in 6-week blocks throughout the year. You can join at any time. You can sign up for a 6-week course ot attend classes on a Pay as You Go basis.
