Tuesdays 7 - 7.30pm

You can use the same zoom link every week or sign up 24 hours before the class to receive the reminder.

Join us on Zoom for our ‘Relax in Twenty’, in which you will learn three relaxing things to use anytime, anyplace, anywhere.

1. How to use your breath to bring a calm, peaceful feeling.

2. How to link your breath and body to release tension and feel calmer.

3. How to link your breath, body and imagination to take a break from the daily grind.

Before Zooming into this relaxation session, there are some basic things to be aware of beforehand, so please grab a cuppa and a biscuit, sip and nibble away a few minutes of lockdown with the little pre-relax in twenty info snap shot below.
