Frequently asked questions

What does it mean "optional essential oils"?

Each participant will have an opportunity to choose from a range of essential oils. It will come in a drip bottle - which you can use and rub the oil on your wrists, pulse points, behind your jaw or ears. It won't overwhelm the room and you will be able to enjoy a smell of your choice.
