Description

This short 2 week course aims to raise awareness of the importance of relaxing your mind as well as your body.
Many people have very busy lives with work, family, friends and general commitments, but often don’t take the time needed to relax.
During this course you will learn some techniques to help you relax and you will create a personal action plan to help you to put this new knowledge into practice.

This 2 week course is on Wednesday 6th & 13th June, 9.30am to 11.30am.

This event is free to all adults over 19, but booking is required.
