About this Event
Prepare yourself on the floor, chair or bed, but in a warm quiet place. Leave everything at the door as you come on a journey with me to total relaxation. I will use my companion set of books Thirty Paths, to take you on a guided meditation, introduce you to a Sankalpa, incorporate some pranayama and help you to breathe, mentally, physically and emotionally, allow yourself to surrender and loosen all the chains that bind us at this present moment.
