Release stress and gently ground yourself as summer winds down and routines resume, with this calming evening session designed to help you unwind and support deep, restorative sleep. Led by our partner, Together We Breathe, and breathwork practitioner Kerry Flower. Through body scanning, restorative breathwork, and yoga nidra, you’ll release the day’s tension, calm the nervous system, and ease into a deeply relaxed state. This restorative session features anatomē’s sleep formulations, including targeted essential oil blends and supportive rituals, expertly designed to align with the body’s natural rhythms and promote deep, rejuvenating rest. We’ll also explore practical sleep rituals, hygiene tips, and mindful habits that foster long-term improvements in sleep quality and overall emotional wellbeing.
60-minute session | Drinks and tea will be provided during the workshop, with the option to enjoy a post-session drink at the venue afterwards.
Please dress comfortably, as this workshop will involve lying down on yoga mats.
