Relaxation for parents: tips and techniques
Parents to be, parents, grandparents: Come along to a short session to learn practical tips and techniques for dealing with the stresses of everyday life, particularly as a parent of children young and old! This short session is for anyone who would like to learn simple techniques for relaxation and stress relief, delivered by an NCT trained antenatal expert.
Hazel Cook-Higgins works for our Life Sciences department and is NCT trained as an Antenatal expert. Hazel has worked with over 300 couples providing expert advice, tips and techniques for parents of all ages.
