It's important to take time for yourself... have some ‘me’ time...
Relax, sit comfortably and learn techniques to reduce stress, increase happiness, enhance your focus, achieve calmness.
Experience a meditation called Twin Hearts and easy to learn techniques which bring immediate benefits.
Open to all over the age of 18 - Beginners welcome. No registration required, just come along.
Relaxation Session: 7.30pm - 8.15pm (£5 recommended donation)
Health Clinic: 8.15pm - 9.30pm
Optional ten minute treatment session available after the relaxation session (1st free, thereafter £10)
