This Relaxation Sound Bath brings together the warm Himalayan bowls and the clear sounds of the Crystals bowls for a seamless session of self-care. Let the calming sounds wash over you, to bring about a soothing feeling of ease and calm.

This type of Sound Bath has been shown to provide many benefits to your general well-being, including; pain relief, reduced stress, reduced anxiety and muscle tension, reduced blood pressure, improved sleep.

No previous experience necessary. Bring your authentic self and an open heart to allow this ‘sonic massage’ to provide you with the time and space to just be.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket to make yourself a cosy nest to lie on.

I've experienced a sound bath before and loved it - it was quite energetic with a gong and the whole thing but very emotional. The relaxation sound bath I experienced with Angie was something totally new. I felt immersed in gratitude, safety, and love. I was able to rest and get out of my own head for a bit- a rarity for me.
