Step into the festivities feeling a little calmer & lighter!

Arrive feeling tired, wired & worn out, leave feeling lighter, with a clearer mind and new found sense of overall well being.

Sound can be truly nourishing & transformative and in world of ‘busy’ self care, sound is the lowest maintenance high impact option!

Parking: There is an on-site free car park in front of the hall.

What to bring: A yoga or sports mat to lie on, blankets & cushions for your head/back of the knees to make you as comfy as possible. Some water or your preferred still drink for after.

What to wear: Your fave comfies that you can relax in.

If you don’t have a mat, please let me know as I have a few and can provide one for you.

What is a Sound bath?

Sound baths soothe the mind, body & soul by guiding you to a state of deep relaxation in a more timely manner than traditional meditation. The combination of sound frequencies from the Tibetan bowls and other instruments, take you on a soundscape journey of relaxation.

Benefits of a Sound Bath?

Sound baths can increase overall well being, improve sleep, boost your mood and may reduce stress and anxiety. Sound can also be a powerful tool for healing and transformation.

What happens at a sound bath?

Your sound bath experience starts with you getting comfortable lying on the floor. All that’s needed from you is a willingness to be there and be open to the sound. The session will start with a short guided relaxation to settle you into your space, before welcoming in the soothing sounds of the Tibetan bowls.
