About this event
🍂 Relaxation Soundbath
An invitation to let go and return to stillness
You’re warmly invited to join this Relaxation Soundbath at Renocvated Chapel Space, Redland— a beautiful, sacred space for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.
As the seasons shift and nature releases what’s no longer needed, this session offers you the same gentle invitation — to let go, rest deeply, and restore balance through the healing power of sound.
✨ What to Expect
This 60-minute group session combines the deeply soothing tones of gong, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, and gentle percussion to create a wave of resonance that supports relaxation, emotional release, and self-connection.
You’ll be guided through a short grounding meditation before being immersed in sound, followed by a few quiet moments to integrate the experience. We’ll close with warm tea and reflection — grounding the senses and gently returning to the present.
🌿 How to Prepare
Please bring:
🧘♀️ A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow
🧦 Warm socks, an eye mask, or hot water bottle if you wish
💧 A bottle of water to stay hydrated
You’ll be invited to make yourself completely comfortable and allow the sound to do the work.
💛 Benefits
Many people experience:
- Deep relaxation and nervous system balance
- Release of physical or emotional tension
- Greater clarity, presence, and ease
- Connection to inner stillness and peace
Each experience is unique — the sound meets you exactly where you are.
