About this event

Relaxing and Restorative Sound / Gong Bath @ The Guildhall in Chichester

Come join us for a relaxing sound / gong bath at the beautiful Guildhall in Chichester! Let the soothing sounds wash over you as we return to welcome the Autumn Equinox and all it has to offer. Don't miss this opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit!

Don't worrry if you haven't been to a sound / gong bath before, this will be a great place to start and what an incredible venue too. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable on the floor or on a chair, we will take care of the rest. We will begin the session with some simple breathing techniques and end with refreshments for those who wish to stay.

Due to the nature of the session we are unable to admit anyone arriving late. Please arrive 10 minutes early to find a space and get settled.

Wear comfortable clothes and you may like to bring the following:

  • Blanket to keep you cosy
  • Yoga mat or similar to lay on
  • Pillow for you head
  • Fluffy socks
  • Eye mask (These are available to buy for £5)
  • Water to drink afterwards

Due to the nature of the building, the stone floor is very hard and may be dusty so please bear that in mind and you may wish to bring extra blankets.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I park?

I would recommend parking in the Northgate Car Park by the Chichester Festival Theatre. It’s less than a 5 minute walk. There is on street parking outside but spaces are limited and depending on the time of day you may have to pay.
