Grounding Yoga & Medition and Wildwood Spa
Slow down and relax after a busy summer and lean into the energy of Autumn. Come join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation at the Mawgan Porth Village Hall and Wildwood Spa. Start your morning with grounding yoga and meditation to center yourself. After some tea and cake we walk five minutes to the Wildwood Woodland Spa.
Afterwards, treat yourself to a luxurious experience at the Wildwood Spa, where you can unwind and pamper yourself. This event is the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on your well-being. Don't miss out on this chance to recharge and find inner peace!
Rough schedule:
* Slow hatha flow yoga and meditation session- 1.15 hours
* Teas and a homemade healthy cake
*1 hour in the Woodland Spa
Join me for a grounding, relaxing yoga and meditation session designed to help you connect with nature, the season, and yourself. Through guided visualizations, I will help you feel more rooted and connected to the earth, relaxed, and calm. The yoga will be a gentle hatha slow flow suitable for all.
All event locations are close by to each other/walkable.
After tea and home made cake we will then spend an hour at an enchanting woodland spa nearby . There is a large sauna, 2 hot tubs and 2 cold baths with a countryside view under the trees.
There is also a cafe next to the spa. This session invites you to slow down, tune into the present moment, and embrace the natural world’s healing energy. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this is an opportunity to recharge and feel great.
It will help people connect the the earth around us, and remember we are one with nature and each other. It will help feel more rooted and connected for overall health, wellbeing and happiness.

Please book asap so I can book your space at the spa and plan the catering in advance.
Let me know of any dietary requirements/allergies and injuries/illness etc in advance.
Please bring:
A yoga mat, cushion and blanket.
Bottle of water, any snacks if you feel you may get hungry
Swimsuit and 2 towels (one for in the sauna)
Comfortable clothes for yoga with jumper
Flip flops for spa
£37 (plus eventbright fee) please book via the event bright link in advance if possible.
Please use paid car parks at the Merrymoor pub or the general Mawgan Porth car parking.
We meet at the villahe hall 10 minutes before the start time. There will be a place for your belongings during the walk and spa.
