Relaxing, Calming Sound bath
Overview
Relaxing, Calming Sound Bath
Come join us for a relaxing and soothing sound bath experience! This in-person event is all about helping you unwind, relax, and find your inner calm through amazing sounds. Let go of stress and vibe with peaceful tones that wash over you. Perfect for anyone needing a break from the daily hustle.
Come on your own or bring a friend, to our beautiful low lighting/candlelit Sound Bath.
The session is led by Louise who is a Holistic Intuitive Reiki Practitioner and former Sound Percussionist Chantal.
Together we bring the Power of Solfeggio Sound Frequencies and Vibrations beautifully brought together in harmony, filling the hall with smoothing sounds. We have a selection of carefully chosen instruments, such as the glorious sea sounding Ocean Wave Drum, Solfeggio Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Wind & Chau Gongs, Chimes and more.
A sound bath is ideal if you have trouble meditating, because it does not require a lot of discipline to learn how to do it, all you have to do is close your eyes and let the soothing sounds and vibrations wash around and over you allowing you to enter into a deep state of relaxation.
