Sleep is one of the most important parts of your health but so many of us have poor quality sleep or don't sleep for long enough.
Sleep is the body’s chance to detox and repair from the stress if every day life. Without quality, rejuvenating sleep we are in a state of constant depletion and every aspect of our health is effected.
Breath work is a great tool for helping to reduce stress and improve quality and length of sleep.
Come and join Arron for a relaxing, 60min breath work session to assist you in helping to reduce stress, relax and ultimately improve the quality of your sleep.
About Arron Collins-Thomas:
Arron has studied Chinese Medicine & Eastern wellness practices for the last 9 years and he takes this into his approach with clients. Combining breathwork techniques, massage, qigong & personal training, Arron has created an effective, sustainable and balanced approach to health that truly works for anyone. Arron runs retreats for clients all over the world & educates people on how to reduce the effects of stress in order to improve wellbeing. Arron has been a personal trainer & lifestyle coach for 16 years. He opened his first gym in Bath in 2016 & after it's success has opened a second one, just 2 years later in 2018.
