Relaxing Gong Bath in Hammocks/Cocoons

Gongs are amazing instruments. They generate powerful, intense healing vibrations which, interspersed with the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instruments, stimulate feelings of peace and relaxation. This allows the release of stress and enhances well-being.

The Sound of Gongs, Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drum and other instruments opens the gates of Love, so you can connect with all.

The things you create around yourself and realise just how great a power you have to create your own happiness and well-being.

This workshop will take place whilst you are cocooned inside one of our Aerial Yoga hammocks.

If you'd prefer not to be in a hammock you are welcome to lie on a mat underneath it. Through connection with sound you become more aware of your own thoughts and emotions and begin to realize your infinite potential, discovering opportunities and talents latent within you.

Please note that this event is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those who suffer from seizures triggered by frequencies. If you have any queries we will be very happy to help you.

WHAT TO BRING:

We ask you to please bring your blanket so that you can feel cosy during the Gong Bath.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring bottle of water, please. You are welcome to bring your crystals to cleanse and energize them during the gong bath.

Please arrive TEN minutes earlier to make your comfortable nest and fill in a personal form.

We will ask that you stay socially distant whilst coming into the studio and that you use the hand sanitizer just inside the door. You will not be allowed to stay after class to talk, we ask that you please vacate the studio in good time.

We create a wonderful, full of peace and love energy before the event so please respect everyone relaxation, door will be closed promptly when the class starts and you will not be allowed entry if you are late.

DURING THE SESSION:

You can meditate and sleep, or you may choose to stay awake and drift in and out of sleep throughout the session as the sound of the gongs and vibration gently washes over you.

The healing will finish with Shuniya - brief and silent time, just a couple of minutes that is called the “Shuniya” or “Sunyata”, literally meaning “emptiness” or “void”. This is the time for the sounds to settle, so the inner peace and the oneness will remain with you for the rest of the evening.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets must be booked in advance through Life with Gongs , I Feel Good Therapy and Life and Soul Purpose online. By purchasing a ticket, you accept these Terms (Cancellation Policy).

Life with Gongs , I Feel Good Therapy and Life and Soul Purpose does not accept any liability for cancellations, threat of war, or delays changes caused by war, terrorist actions or threats industrial action, civil strife, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or used in the future events, unless the event is cancelled by Life with Gongs , I Feel Good Therapy and Life and Soul Purpose

If the event is cancelled by Life with Gongs , I Feel Good Therapy and Life and Soul Purpose we will organize a transfer of funds to you between 14-21 days from the date of the event (without eventbrite's fee).
