Hello beautiful souls,
This is an invitation for you to join me in a safe and nurturing space where you will be bathed in sound, helping to relax and cleanse your mind, body and spirit.
We will begin by snuggling into our blankets, bringing our awareness to heart centre and grounding into the present moment. Melting deeper into relaxation as we tune into the other-worldly sounds of the gong, singing bowls, shamanic drum and other sacred percussion instruments. Allow the soothing sounds to lift your spirit as they take you on an elevated journey through time and space. After approx. 1 hour, I will safely land you back into your bodies and back into the room.
This event is open to everyone - Whether you are an experienced sound bather, or curious to try a sound bath for the first time. No experience is necessary. Each sound journey is likely to be experienced differently from the last and will be unique to each individual [please see guidelines below where gong/sound baths might not be suitable].

IMPORTANT - Please bring with you:
- Something to lay on, such as a yoga mat(s)/ camping mattress.
- Blanket(s) / Sleeping bag to keep warm.
- Pillows, bolsters for extra comfort.
- Feel free to bring any items which are close to your heart, like photographs, talismans or crystals to accompany you on your journey. They will also benefit from the cleansing sound vibrations!
IMPORTANT - Things to note:
- Please wear comfortable and warm clothing as your body temperature will drop during the sound bath. Socks highly recommended!
- Please be on time. Doors will close at 20:05 and late comers will not be able to access the building.
- There are chairs in the facility. If you have any concerns regarding laying down for the whole session, please contact me beforehand so we can discuss alternative options.
- Try to remain well hydrated before, during and after the session.
- Please do not come to the venue if you are feeling unwell.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be allowed on the premises.
- Gong/Sound baths may not be suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or women in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you wear a hearing aid, it is recommended that you turn this off during the session. Always listen to your own body & do what feels right for you. If you have any concerns, please speak to your doctor in advance.
