Relaxing Sound Bath Evening - with Jason Kashmouri

Relaxing Sound Bath @ Kallima

During the Sound Bath Experience you will have a brilliant meditation that will be followed by approximately an hour surrounding by the healing and rebalancing vibration of the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls & Gong.

We do have a supply of blanket if you cannot bring one but you will NEED to bring a yoga mat or something comfy to lie on and a pillow as you will be laid on the floor for around 60 mins.

We do have our relaxing recliner chairs reserved for anyone with disabilities so if you require one please get in touch when booking

Sound bathing was enjoyed long ago by the ancient Greeks where they used the baths as a form of medicine to treat many ailments. The waves of sound (which are produced by Himalayan crystal bowls, gongs and more) are said to calm the nervous system and balance the subtle body. (The subtle body refers to energy that vibrates throughout the innermost layers of the body, beyond what we typically only physically conceive of the human body).

In addition to balancing the subtle body, this holistic practice of sound bathing is also known to help with stress relief, insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain and even depression.

You don’t have to had meditation experience, just lay back and enjoy the experience. You will enjoy the experience so much that there is a chance you will decide to broaden your experience into more of the mindfulness items that are coming to Kallima in the near future.

So what we advise is that you ‘Lay Back, Relax, Breathe and fall in love with the sound
