We will open with a herbal tea and oracle card pull and any shares before settling into a meditation and immersive sound bath. Instruments used are crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments all devised to aid in well-being.

What you Will Need:
•Comfy clothes, layers for warmth or cool layers if it’s hot, a blanket and cushion for your head, blanket and eye mask
•Journal & a pen (optional)
•Water bottle for rehydration although we will be having herbal tea
