About this event
Sound Rescue
Sound baths for deep relaxation. Let sound rescue you.
In a world that rarely slows down, Sound Rescue offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Founded to help more people experience the powerful benefits of sound for rest and recalibration, I host pop-up sound baths across London, as well as private and corporate sessions. Whether you’re new to sound meditation or a regular participant, my sessions are designed to be welcoming, accessible, and deeply restorative.
About this event:
Join me for an immersive sound bath at The Upper Hall, St Leonard's Church Hall in Streatham.
Let go of tension as you're bathed in the soothing sound waves of gongs, chimes, and resonant percussion instruments. The rich layers of sound can help you drift into a meditative state with ease—no experience required. Many people find sound baths particularly beneficial if they struggle to quiet the mind through traditional meditation.
As the vibrations wash over you, you may notice a physical tingling or a gentle energetic shift—these are signs of your nervous system beginning to unwind. Participants often report:
- A deeper sense of calm
- Improved sleep
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Renewed clarity and focus
Whether you arrive feeling frazzled or just seeking some space to exhale, you'll leave feeling more grounded and at peace.
What to bring with you:
To help you settle in comfortably, please bring:
- A yoga or exercise mat (to lie on)
- A small cushion or pillow (for your head or under your knees)
- A blanket or warm layer (we often cool down during deep relaxation)
- An eye mask or scarf (optional, but helpful for switching off visual stimuli)
Location:
The Upper Hall, St Leonard's Church Hall, 8 Tooting Bec Gardens, SW16 1RB.
