Do I need to bring anything?

No, you do not. Yoga mats, eye masks and a blanket are all supplied, as well as a small amount of cushions. However, many people do choose to bring their own cushion, blanket, and yoga mat that they know they are comfortable on and will be able to relax more easily with.

I struggle to switch my mind off, or meditate is that ok?

Absolutely! it is completely normal to have lots of thoughts coming up, and often that is one of the reasons for coming. If you find you need to move or can't fully relax, just keep bringing your attention back to your breath or another anchor, and know that the sound will still do its job.
