About this event

Health • Personal health

I am delighted to return to the Haven to share an afternoon of deep relaxation, rejuvenation and transformation.

Give yourself the gift of being bathed in the Sacred Sounds and Healing V ibrations of the Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls and a variety of Resonance Sounds.

Sound therapy can support our system to release stuck energies releasing old emotional patterns, beliefs, behaviours and addictions that are buried deep in our subconscious mind. As we deeply relax there is a letting go within the body and into spaciousness. Sound baths are a wonderful tool that can support the mind to settle and the body to relax and invites us to go within and realise there is more depth to our being. Allowing our system to feel deeply nourished and a natural healing can unfold. When the body and mind is relaxed there is room for deep insight, guidance and wisdom to arise. We can also experience feelings of joy, peace, compassion and bliss.

Harmonic Resonance Sounds affect the physical body at a cellular level and this can support the body to relax, calm the mind and melt away any stress. Sound healing has scientifically been shown to positively help a wide range of health conditions and supports our general wellbeing.

If you would like to attend but do not have the funds to pay for the full ticket price of £15 then please message me privately via email: soomcdonald@gmail.com There will be a yoga matt and blankets provided. Please bring a cushion and something else to lie on for more comfort if you want to. There will be hot tea provided after the sound bath.
