Please wear comfortable clothing to relax in and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask and bottle of water.

While sound baths are safe for most people, they may not be suitable for:

People who experience seizures
Pregnant individuals in their first trimester
Those with pacemakers or other electronic/metal implants
Individuals with sound sensitivities or tinnitus

On street parking is available on Chapel View. Please be aware of driveways allowing residents space to access and leave their property especially at the bottom of the lane to Studio at 39. Once parked simply walk up the lane between numbers 37 and 41 to the venue at the back.
