Relaxing Sound Bath with Reiki

Experience the power of meditation, soothing sounds, and healing energy in a supportive and nurturing environment.

**** Please note, the sound bath will take place in the Parish Centre of St Paul's in Royton, not inside the church ****

This event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, find inner balance, and connect with like-minded individuals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll leave feeling balanced, centred, refreshed and renewed.

In this session, the focus will be upon balancing our energy centres, calm the nervous system and move into a meditative state whilst receiving the healing energies from Reiki and the beautiful vibrational sounds.

It's time to take an hour out of your busy life to focus on yourself, get comfortable and discover the beautiful journey of chakra balancing sound healing.

Don't worry if it's your first time, take this opportunity to connect with your inner peace.

Bring your mat (yoga/exercise mats are perfect) and your favourite blanket, cushion, eye mask or fluffy socks, whatever will help you to settle in and find the calm and balance within.

If you do not have a mat, no problem, you can hire one for one pound or why not upgrade to hiring an air bed for extra comfort for just £5. Please select this when purchasing your ticket for the event.

Before we start the session, you are more than welcome to choose a card and see what message there is for you. I will bring my angel cards, oracle cards and messages from heaven cards. All cards are beautiful and have uplifting messages and meanings.

We'll begin by getting comfortable in either a seated or lying position and then I will guide you through a beautiful meditation to help you settle into the session. Then to the sound of traditional sound healing music we'll maintain our meditative state through our hour together.

Sound Healing with Helen is suitable for those looking to relax, restore and reconnect. It's for anyone looking to improve their sleep, calm their mind and experience the freedom of true lightness and connection with their self.

Sound Healing with Reiki is deeply relaxing and perfect for self care of mind, body & soul. More and more people are feeling the benefits of this kind of nurturing self care.

If you're sound sensitive, pregnant, have epilepsy, have a pacemaker, cochlear ear implant or other electrical medical implant, this particular session will not be suitable for you.

The session will start at 5pm prompt so I advise that you arrive at 4.45pm to give yourself time to unwind and prepare. Doors will be locked before we begin to prevent any disruption to the session therefore latecomers will be unable to enter.

Please note, this is a no refund booking. Your ticket may be transferred to another though, in this instance, you would inform me prior to the event.
