No experience necessary.

Wear warm snuggly clothing, bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushions for your head and lumbar and maybe a hot water bottle for extra cosiness!

Some mats and blankets availabe to hire and a couple of zero gravity chairs too!

Or just relax on one of the armchairs available if you prefer it to lying down!

Contraindications

• Pregnancy - women in their first trimester should not attend a sound bath.
• Bone fractures - we recommend people wait 6 weeks for any bones to knit together before attending a sound bath.
• Implants/Metal Plates/Pacemakers - please get in touch to discuss suitability
• Coughs and heavy colds - please don’t come along if you’re showing these symptoms or have had a positive covid test
• Hearing aids - we recommend removing your hearing aid before the gong bath - some frequencies can cause the hearing aid to buzz or whine.
• Over 13s only please.
• Epilepsy
• Cancellation refunded up to 24 hours notice .
• Doors will be closed from 7.35pm.
