Release and Reset - Unlock the Next You without having to start over

Come join us for an exciting in-person event at Curborough Hall Farm Countryside Centre where you can learn how to release old patterns and reset your mindset to unlock the next version of yourself. It will be a small group of like minded women who want to take some time to think about who they are, who they have become and bringing forward more of who they truly are or how they would like to grow.

Frequently asked questions

Is it ok to come on my own?

Absolutely! The day will have no more than 12 like minded women joining us and there will be plenty of time for introductions and connection. We will start the day with no pressure introductions to help everyone feel comfortable.

What sort of activities will there be?

There will be activities around self awareness and self growth. These include Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), journaling, short meditations and intention setting. There will be lots of opportunities to share and learn from each other.

Is there any movement or yoga?

No, our activities do not include movement activities, they are more introspective and thought provoking.

Is lunch included?

Yes! We provide lunch and refreshments throughout the day, all included in the price.

Who is this event for?

This is a day for women of all ages and backgrounds who are interested in self awareness, self growth and spending a day on themselves, thinking about who they are and how they would like to grow.

Do I have to share my views?

Not at all, but if you would like to, we welcome you to share your thoughts in discussion. We can learn from each other but we appreciate that everyone is different and there is no pressure at all to do this.
