How do I learn meditation?
You can now easily learn how to meditate in Alderley Edge with experienced meditator and tutor, Robert Brennan. Robert is also a hypnotherapist, mindfulness coach and NLP Coach so has much experience in enabling people to optimise their body and mind.

What should I expect during the session?
The tuition session will be for a maximum of 2 hours and will be an enjoyable and relaxed experience with water and herbal teas available as refreshments.
You will learn about mindfulness and meditation and then learn to meditate.You will participate in a group meditation before the end of the session, and will be given all that you require to become a competent and confident meditator.
As part of the session there will also be a live group hypnosis to release negative or unwanted feelings or emotions, this has shown to be an excellent precursor to learning to meditate with a clear mind.
You will also get a free follow up call with Robert to check on your progress after your first 7 days.
