WHAT TO EXPECT
In this workshop, we will explore a holistic approach to releasing tension from the body and mind through a combination of techniques. Begin with some mindful movement, breathwork and face yoga to release stored tension. Then snuggle under your blanket for a progressive muscle relaxation practice that will guide you deeper into body awareness and ease physical stress.
To conculde immerse yourself in healing vibrations as you rest, listen to a mantra and enjoying a soothing Reiki energy bath (optional).
Autumn is a time for letting go of what doesn't serve us and therefore this is an ideal time for this releasing practice, whether it's for physcial discomfort, an overactive mind, heightened emotions or all three!

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lie on, plus a blanket to cover you.Optional extras: pillow or cushion, eye pillow, yoga block, water, crystals.
