Join our intimate breathwork circle (max 4 people) for a profound 2-hour journey of release and renewal. Using conscious connected breathing - a powerful somatic practice - you'll gently unlock what's been held in your body and mind.

It is important that your are as honest as possible with yourself and with me about your health status before embarking on this work and are prepared to take responsibility for your self and your wellbeing

Severe psychiatric symptoms - particularly psychosis or paranoia,

Is the venue easily accessible

Yes the studio is pavement level with no steps

What should i wear?

Comfortable clothes that you can move easily and freely in. Joggers and leggings ideal

What should i bring?

Bring some water. If you want to bring something that brings you a feeling of safety, comnfort, happiness, good memories etc, bring that as a resource. Maybe a photo, or piece of jewellery, a soft toy, a special rock etc,something small

What can i expect to happen during a Conscious Connected Breathwork session

Physical sensations such as tingling, vibration, heat, cold may occur, Emotional releases such as laughter, crying, shouting. Universal themes of joy, grief fear may arise to name but a few responses. This is your journey and process and you will have complete agency over how far you wish to go.

Do i need to have experienced Conscious Connected Breathing before to attend

These sessions are for anyone who comes with an attitude of curiosity and an open mind.. It is important that you have read the contraindications before attending and are confident that you have nothing that will compromise your health. If in doubt ask your doctor or you can contact me beforehand

How much physical activity is involved

Each session will differ. Generally any movement practise can be adapted to suit the persons mobility and fitness levels. There will be getting up and down from the floor and we will do the breathwork sessions either sitting or lying on the floor and so a moderate level of mobility will be required
