Overview

Join a calming art therapy session designed to help you unwind, express your emotions creatively & restore inner balance through art.

Take a pause from the busyness of life and reconnect with your sense of calm through creativity.
In this relaxing and restorative art therapy session, you’ll explore how art can help you release tension, express emotions safely, and restore balance to your mind and body.

Guided by an Art Therapy Practitioner, you’ll move through simple, mindful art-making exercises designed to help you:

  • Let go of stress and emotional buildup
  • Reconnect with your inner world
  • Find peace and grounding through color, texture, and form

No artistic experience is needed — this is about the process, not the product.

What You’ll Gain:

  • A creative outlet for stress relief and self-expression
  • Greater awareness of how art can support emotional well-being
  • Simple art-based techniques you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed

What to Prepare:

  • Materials: Bring whatever you have on hand — paper, pencils, markers, crayons, paints, or collage supplies. Even a pen and notebook are enough.
  • Environment: Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can create freely without distractions.
  • Extras: A cup of tea or water, soft background music, and an open mind.
