Are you Are you struggling with Anxiety? Find yourself stuck or stopped in life? Would like to learn how to free yourself from Anxiety?
- Discover a set of really useful tools to help relieve your stress and anxiety levels, in a small group.
- Understand more about anxiety and learn some really easy to use techniques you can apply in any situation, with lasting and effective results.
- Experience for yourself how to reduce and release anxiety in a very short amount of time; tapping into Traditional Chinese Medicine, using acupressure points, breathing and ‘grounding’ techniques.
This is a short two hour workshop, in a beautiful space in the heart of the city. 1:1 sessions are also available.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Age 16 and over.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
trenchard car park is a few minutes walk away and there is limited street parking available on colston street. Busses stop outside the BRI and in the city centre, and there are bike racks for cycles on colston street jsut opposite the entrance to Colston yard
What can I bring into the event?
Refreshments will be provided. You may find it useful to bring writing materials with you
