Overview – Releasing Your Money Blocks

This in-person workshop takes place in a peaceful, intimate setting – a small annex behind a main office building in Hove. Designed for a maximum of 10 participants, it offers a calm and supportive space to gently explore and shift your relationship with money.

Session length: 2.5 hoursRefreshments provided: tea, coffee, water, healthy snacksPlease bring: a journal and pen for reflection exercises

Parking: On-street parking is available nearby on First and Second Avenue. . Please note we are unable to provide private parking.

Please be aware that there are several steps at the venue and it is not wheelchair accessible.No children or pets allowed – thank you for understanding, as this is a reflective space.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes, please bring a journal and a pen for reflective exercises. If you'd like to take part in the optional money experiment, bring up to £10 in coins. During this coin based exercise money will not be kept by the organiser.

Is the event therapy or financial advice?

No, this is not a therapy session or a financial planning workshop. It's a reflective space designed to explore your emotinal relationship with money through guided exercises.

Will we talk about personal finances in the group?

No, only if you choose to share. All sharing is optional, and you'll never be asked to discuss anything your're not confortable with.
