This online session is for you if you’ve had Coronavirus and are experiencing symptoms that are limiting what you can do.
In just over one hour trained therapist, Karen Haworth, will give you an overview of the techniques she’s used for recovery from long-term Covid and take you through a guided meditation.
It’s not a quick fix – it’s not intended to be – but it’s intended to give you relief from the symptoms, and give you a sense of control.
You will be sent a recorded copy of the meditation for use at home after the session.
I’m Karen Haworth, and I contracted the Covid-19 virus in March of this year.
Although I ‘recovered’ from the initial illness, I was still left with many symptoms that continued to affect me.
In the beginning I felt scared and, at times, out of control. This was until I slowly started using my own meditations and techniques to try and tackle my ongoing symptoms. I began to feel I’d regained some control over my health and I wasn’t so worried.
Over the weeks I learned a lot about what works, and what I needed to do to get better. I knew that I should share these learnings with others who were in a similar situation.
