Remembering and celebrating the life of Phil Crooks

Please raise a glass with us as we remember the life of our beloved ‘Phil’, ‘Dad’, ‘Grandad’.

While we mourn the immense void left by Phil’s passing, we choose to come together to celebrate his life filled with love. This is a time for family and friends, for sharing stories and remembering his love that will forever be in our hearts. There will be a book of remembrance, we welcome any photographs you may want to bring.

Date: Monday 15th December 2025 at 1pm – 4pm, there will be some short speeches from close family members at 1:30pm, with guests begining to depart from 3:30pm.

Location: Burnley Football Club, Longside Lounge, Turf Moor Harry Potts Way Burnley Lancashire BB10 4BX (plenty of free parking on site). Attendees need to go to the North East Car Park.

Buffet lunch will be provided, please note the bar is a cashless bar.

In keeping with Phil’s spirit, we encourage guests to dress comfortably; golf, rugby league, cricket, Burnley FC attire, for example, are all very welcome.
