Event description

Description

Margot Raggett - wildlife photographer, campaigner and conservationist. Founder of Remembering Wildlife, a charity book series that includes Remembering Elephants, Remembering Rhinos, Remembering Great Apes and now in 2019 Remembering Lions!

The Remembering series mission is to create the most beautiful photography books on a species ever made and then sell those books to raise awareness of the plight facing that species and funds to protect it. This work is made possible by the generous donations of the world’s leading wildlife photographers.

Together, the first three books have so far raised more than £460,000 for conservation. Margot firmly believes it is the power of working together as a photographic community that has made the project so successful.

During her talk Margot will share the process of creating the Remembering Wildlife series, inspirational wildlife photographs and take part in a Q & A. Her books will also be on sale.
