Remnants of Worcester: a multi-organisation performance event
a walk through the city's past
a glimpse of people forgotten
a history remembered
Created by Second Year BA Drama and Performance students at The University of Worcester, this one-off promenade performance takes a small audience on a journey into local museums’ collections and characters - breathing new life into these important local stories.
Starting at The Infirmary Museum, the production will take you through the Infirmary, along the streets of Worcester, into the Commandery and will finish at the Museum of Royal Worcester with refreshments provided. There is a reasonable amount of walking involved in this performance, so suitable footwear is advised.
Will we really be walking around that much?
Yes - the performance will require the audience to walk around and between museums. It is estimated that the total journey will be 1.5 miles.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The suggested age for this performance is 14 and over.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
As the performance starts at The Infirmary and finishes at The Museum of Royal Worcester it is suggested you use public transport (or warm up for the show by walking) to get to the venue. The Cattlemarket and Crowngate Car Parks are both close to the start of the show.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring either a printed ticket or provide the doceument on your phone or tablet as audience numbers are restricted for this event.
