Course Eligibility:

If you:

  • Are aged 19+ and claiming a state benefit (Job Seeker’s Allowance or Universal Credit)
  • Have the right to work and receive public funds in the UK
  • Have lived in the UK/EU for the last 3 years OR have Refugee Status
  • Have access to a laptop or PC with a working microphone and camera
  • Not enroled on any other government-funded programme

You may be eligible to enrol on the course for free.

Where do we deliver?

At the moment, we have funding available in Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire.

All our programmes are delivered online via Google Classrooms, so you can study from the comfort of your own home. You’ll be allocated a tutor who’ll be guiding you and supporting you through the course.

What are the eligibility criteria for the government funded courses?

• Aged 19+ (must be 19 years old by 31st August 2024) • 19-23 year old must hold a level 2 qualifications or 5 GCSE’s in any subjects (not required for 24years +)• Lived in the UK or EU for the last 3 years or have refugee status • Must not be in any other funded education

If i'm claiming Universal credit what is the criteria so this course can be fully funded?

• Received their first payment of Job seeker’s allowance or Universal Credit o Universal credit claim threshold – Single take home claim must be below £892.00 o Universal credit claim threshold – Joint take home claim must be below £1.437.00

What ID do I need to provide? (one of the following)

• Birth or adoption certificate • In date passport • Full driving license • E-Visa
