This event will be an exchange of experience. There will be presentations from member institutions as well as opportunities for group discussion and sharing.

The themes for the morning will be:

Part 1:

It is easy to put UX to a back seat when decisions are being driven by external policy but that doesn’t mean UX and the student voice shouldn’t play a role in informing changes. Have you any good examples of how you have collected or used student engagement and UX during the lockdown periods?

Part 2:

JISC is considering the extent to which teaching and learning will change as a result of the pandemic with expectations for a greater use of online tools alongside a return to face to face teaching. How might this change how our spaces and services are used and what can we learn from current challenges to inform decisions for 2021/22?
