The ride leaves Maindy Leisure Centre and concludes at Ride my Bike Cafe (26 Park Place, Cardiff CF10 3BA) where your entry fee entitles you to a free tea/coffee.

Groups of approximately 16 riders will be leaving Maindy between 9:15 and 9:40 at five minute intervals in decreasing order of speed. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign on.

Under 18s will need to provide a completed parental consent form (one form covers all 3 reliability rides during 2020):

9:15 - Group 1 (fastest) - 3:20-3:30

9:20 - Group 2 - 3:30-3:45

9:25 - Group 3 - 3:45-4:00

9:30 - Group 4 - 4:00-4:20

9:35 - Group 5 - 4:20-4:40

9:40 - Group 6 (slowest) - 4:45-5:15

NOTE: If the weather is unfavourable on the intended route, especially due to ice risk on the hills, an alternative route of similar distance may be utilized.
