ResCon is the BCRC Cave Rescue Conference, a gathering of cave rescue volunteers (and others) to discuss and practice cave rescue techniques and meet other cave rescue team members.

For 2022 ResCon is in Derbyshire on Friday 24th to Sunday 26th June and is organised by Derbyshire Cave Rescue Organisation (DCRO).

To attend Rescon you will need a ticket which is only £15.00 for the Saturday and Sunday events. This is amazing value for money given the wide range of training opportunities available and is only made possible by the generous support of Libor funding. Because of the low price we are not offering a reduction for single days.

We have a range of accommodation and catering options available for those wanting to stay and eat, again very keenly priced:

Inside

The venue has inside bunk rooms that sleep 6. If you book a bunk room and are part of a group let us know who else in your group and we will try to make sure you are allocated the same room. Bunks are available for only £10 per person for the weekend.

Camping

The site has space for some camping and campervans. If you book camping (or campervanning) and plan to share let us know with whom so we can maximise the use of space. Pitches are available for only £5 per person for the weekend.

We have sold out of camping spaces, but there is plenty of space inside still available.

Catering

We are providing a full board catering offer from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime. Catering is only £5 per person for the weekend.
