Research 2016: Capita Resourcing's Workplace More Human event
Thu 1 December 2016, 18:00 – 21:30 GMT
The automation of tasks historically carried out by humans is accelerating at an unprecedented rate, transforming recruitment processes and the desired skills of the workforce.
The allure of vast improvements in productivity, freedom from “routine work” and improved quality of life are often cited as the main benefits of automation. But fear over job losses, business disruption and increased strain on the social fabric of an organisation are preventing widespread adoption.
In order to explore these issues further, Capita has spoken to 200 company directors and over 1,000 employees. We are now bringing together a panel of experts in a unique opportunity to learn more about this research and find out how to prepare for these inevitable changes and most importantly, how to achieve the perfect mix of human and machine resource.
Join us for this must-attend evening event, which includes a drinks and canapes reception and the opportunity to network with your peers.
