Research awareness talk - Maidstone

The research awareness talk in Maidstone is an information afternoon for people with MS, their carers, family and friends. The event is attended by a range of people from those who are newly diagnosed to those who have been living with MS for some time.
Registration opens at 1:30pm and the talk begins at 2:00pm.
At this talk you’ll hear about the latest developments in MS research. We will highlight topics such as stem cell therapy, exercise and fatigue management, clinical trial news, and the latest achievements in the MS research field.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
From the M20 coast bound exit at junction 7, take the A249 exit to Maidstone. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A249. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A249/Bearsted Road. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on A249/Bearsted Road, the hotel entrance will be on the left.
Maidstone East Train Station is the closest to the hotel. It is advisable to use either the Park & Ride or take a taxi to the hotel. Both services are available directly outside Maidstone East Train Station. For more information, please call 01622 734 322. Please note the Park & Ride times are restricted, therefore please check before traveling.
Staff help is available at the station as well as a ramp for train access.
Platform 1 and the car park have step free access. Platform 2/3 also have step free and are accessed by road bridge. The ticket office isn't step free.
